Standard pricing applies at 14 or more business days. Any completion date earlier than 14 business days includes a rush charge of at least 30%. An 8–13 or 5–7 business day turnaround activates a 30% rush charge. A 3–4 business day turnaround activates a 50% rush charge. Name Tag or Initial Embroidery and Customer Supplied embroidery also qualify for same-day service at +100% and 1–2 business days at +75%. Saturdays, Sundays, and observed U.S. federal holidays do not count.

Emergency Rush Production (2–6 Hours): +$250 Available only for Customer Supplied Embroidery. Maximum 24 pieces. The $250 emergency fee is added in addition to the applicable same-day rush charge. No HEX/Pantone color matching. Artwork revisions or digitizing may extend turnaround. Subject to production capacity and approval. After-hours pickup is available by appointment.

A different name on each item is an additional $5.99 per item. Production risk is low, typically 2–5%, but it is still present. Extra items may be required for setup, testing, and normal spoilage. Unused extras will be returned.
