How Inkdnylon Pricing Works
Inkdnylon uses different ordering and pricing paths based on the type of customer, order quantity, service, and production program. Start by identifying the ordering path that matches your project.
RFQ / Large-Volume Procurement
500-piece minimum per SKU for large-volume procurement and formal quote requests.
Fulfillment Program
Starter Fulfillment begins at 24 pieces, Managed Fulfillment at 100 pieces, and Pro Fulfillment at 300 pieces.
Business / Organization
12-piece minimum. Ordering fewer than 12 pieces? Use the Personal ordering path.
Tax-Exempt / 501(c) Organization
12-piece minimum. Ordering fewer than 12 pieces? Use the Personal ordering path.
School / Student
12-piece minimum. Ordering fewer than 12 pieces? Use the Personal ordering path.
Live On-Site Embroidery Event
Available in Chicago and nearby suburbs. 2-hour minimum starting at $1,500.

1–11 pieces. Orders of 1–5 pieces are subject to small-order setup pricing.

Contract embroidery means wholesale goods ship directly from SanMar, S&S Activewear, One Stop, Carolina Made, or another approved supplier to Inkdnylon for embroidery and decoration.
2. Customer-Supplied Embroidery CalculatorCustomer-supplied embroidery is for apparel you already own or bring to Inkdnylon. For lower pricing, use Inkdnylon-supplied apparel or contract embroidery with approved wholesale supplier shipments.
3. Wholesale Brand Access | 100-Piece MinimumAccess wholesale pricing on all apparel and promotional products before decoration. Built for businesses, organizations, schools, teams, and repeat buyers.
4. Private Company Store PricingWholesale product pricing plus preferred embroidery rates for employee ordering, uniforms, onboarding, fulfillment, all products, and repeat ordering.
5. Contract Embroidery PricingCompany stores and fulfillment only. Contract embroidery starts at 100 pieces with production pricing for decorators, apparel companies, and fulfillment programs.
6. Distributor Embroidery PricingCompany stores and fulfillment only. Distributor embroidery pricing starts at 300 pieces for promotional product distributors, fulfillment partners, and approved programs.
