Customer-supplied items are accepted for embroidery only. These orders require either a 30% surcharge or 1–7 extra garments for testing, setup, hooping, adjustments, sew-outs, or possible spoilage. A signed waiver is required before production. Customer-supplied items are not accepted for screen printing, DTF, DTG, vinyl, patches, rhinestones, spangles, or other decoration services.

Yes. Inkdnylon provides customers access to wholesale apparel brands through approved suppliers and distributors, with apparel sourcing, logo customization, and production managed through one system.

The Inkdnylon Sourcing Program has a 100-piece minimum.

Yes. One-off orders and 1-5 item orders are available, but they require a $150 single-item / sample production fee. Small orders still require intake, file preparation, setup, calibration, testing, and cleanup.

The $150 fee is not the full order total. Item cost, decoration pricing, and any required artwork services are separate.

This fee is automatically removed at 6+ items. For the best value, ordering 6 or more pieces is recommended.
