- All event decoration is priced using Inkdnylon wholesale decoration rates.
- Provide all logos, artwork, and branding files before the event date.
- All logos must be digitized, approved, and production-ready before the event.
- Maximum logo size is 3 inches wide for live event embroidery.
- Only guest names and initials are prepared and personalized during the event.
- Name or initial personalization is an optional service and may be paid for by either the event manager or individual attendees.

Travel up to 20 miles round trip is included. Travel beyond 20 miles round trip is quoted separately.
Booking and Payment Policy
- Events should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Event balance must be paid in full 1 week before the event date.
- Once payment is made, no refund can be issued due to fund disbursement, scheduling, staffing, preparation, and event production costs.
Additional Event Hours
Maximum event duration and staffing requirements may vary based on event size and embroidery volume.
Artwork Requirements
All logo embroidery files must be digitized, approved, and production-ready before the event date.

Additional Live Event Decoration Options
Vinyl, DTF, rhinestones, and patch applications can be added to a live event when approved before the event date. These services are pressed or applied on-site and are priced separately from embroidery.
- Decoration method must be approved before booking.
- Artwork, names, initials, and transfer files must be organized before the event.
- DTF, vinyl, rhinestone, and patch applications will require advance production before the event date.
- Additional artwork setup, rush preparation, or special handling may be quoted separately.

Event apparel, hats, and branded products can be sourced through the Inkdnylon Brand Catalog .
Customer-Supplied & Inkdnylon-Sourced Items
Inkdnylon does allow customer-supplied apparel, caps, bags, and promotional products for live embroidery events. However, the recommended method is sourcing merchandise through Inkdnylon for access to wholesale brands and products.
Sourcing through Inkdnylon allows products to be approved, production-tested, and prepared before the event while providing access to wholesale pricing and a wide selection of apparel, headwear, bags, and promotional products.
Inkdnylon will recommend wholesale brand options based on the event, budget, product needs, and branding requirements.
For Inkdnylon-sourced merchandise, 5–10 additional pieces of each item will be ordered at wholesale pricing to accommodate setup, testing, spoilage, guest changes, and unexpected production needs.
Customer-supplied merchandise must also include additional pieces for spoilage, setup, testing, and unexpected production needs. The event organizer is responsible for providing sufficient extras before production begins.
All unused products will be returned to the event manager after the event.
