- Provide a list of all names, first names, or initials to be embroidered.
- Provide all logos, artwork, and branding files for the event.
- Guest names, initials, and artwork should be organized before the event date.
- Maximum artwork size is 3 inches wide for live event embroidery.
- All logos must be digitized, approved, and production-ready before the event.

Travel is not included in the $2,000 event minimum and will be quoted separately.
Booking and Payment Policy
- Events should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Event balance must be paid in full 1 week before the event date.
- Once payment is made, no refund can be issued due to fund disbursement, scheduling, staffing, preparation, and event production costs.
Additional Event Hours
Maximum event duration and staffing requirements may vary based on event size and embroidery volume.
Artwork Requirements
All logo embroidery files must be digitized, approved, and production-ready before the event date.

Additional Live Event Decoration Options
Vinyl, DTF, rhinestones, and patch applications can be added to a live event when approved before the event date. These services are pressed or applied on-site and are priced separately from embroidery.
- Decoration method must be approved before booking.
- Artwork, names, initials, and transfer files must be organized before the event.
- DTF, vinyl, rhinestone, and patch applications may require advance production before the event date.
- Additional artwork setup, rush preparation, or special handling may be quoted separately.
Inkdnylon-Supplied Products
Event apparel, hats, and branded products can be sourced through the Inkdnylon Brand Catalog .
No Event-Supplied Items
Inkdnylon does not accept event-supplied apparel, caps, bags, or promotional products for live embroidery events.
To ensure consistent embroidery quality and efficient event production, all event merchandise is sourced through Inkdnylon's wholesale brand network. This allows products to be approved, production-tested, and prepared before the event.
Inkdnylon will recommend wholesale brand options based on the event, budget, product needs, and branding requirements.
To support live production, 5–10 additional pieces of each item will be ordered at wholesale pricing to accommodate setup, testing, spoilage, guest changes, and unexpected production needs.
All unused products will be returned to the event manager after the event.
