You keep control of your brand, storefront, customer relationship, and sales channel. Inkdnylon supports the embroidery production, customization, personalization, inventory, and fulfillment workflow after your products, artwork, and requirements are approved.

Embroidery Pricing Is Based on Each Production Run
The 24-piece minimum applies to each embroidery production submission. Pricing is based on the actual quantity submitted together for production, not projected, monthly, annual, or cumulative store sales.
Submit 24 pieces and receive the applicable 24-piece embroidery production price. Submit 50 pieces together and receive the applicable 50-piece embroidery production price. Contract Embroidery pricing automatically activates at 150 pieces when 150 or more pieces are submitted together as one production order.
Multiple smaller submissions cannot be combined to qualify for a higher-volume embroidery production price.
This keeps embroidery pricing tied to the actual run being produced. Standard embroidery production pricing applies from 24 to 149 pieces. Contract Embroidery pricing automatically activates at 150 pieces when the qualifying quantity is submitted together.
Free Fulfillment After Embroidery Production
Once embroidered inventory is available in your Starter Store account, you can keep selling through your existing ecommerce store while Inkdnylon processes individual customer orders from that finished inventory with no per-order fulfillment fee.

Carrier shipping is billed through the brand owner's shipping account. Packing materials are the brand owner's responsibility and may be supplied by the brand owner or purchased for the brand owner's account. Apparel, embroidery, digitizing, setup, rush production, and other applicable production charges remain separate.
Embroidery & Personalization Rules
Products, colors, artwork, embroidery placements, thread requirements, names, initials, monograms, and other approved personalization requirements are confirmed during setup.
Starter Store is built for brands that already sell through Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, or another ecommerce sales channel and want to add embroidery customization and personalization to their existing products. Product availability and the embroidery fulfillment workflow are confirmed before production.

Rush production, when available, is priced separately. Fulfillment begins after finished inventory is approved and available.

There is no Starter Store account fee and no per-order fulfillment fee.

Production, decoration, product cost, setup, rush service, and other applicable charges are billed separately.
Return Policy
Decorated products are custom made to order. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless there is a verified production error caused by Inkdnylon.
Cancellation Policy
Orders and accounts are subject to the Inkdnylon cancellation policy.
