Managed Store is designed for growing brands moving beyond small-batch ordering into repeatable 100-piece and higher production runs. The 100-piece minimum must be submitted together at one time as a single production run. Separate orders, future orders, or multiple production runs cannot be combined to meet the minimum or qualify for volume pricing. Accounts require approval before production or fulfillment begins.

All Pieces Must Be Submitted at One Time

The 100-piece Managed Store minimum applies to one production run. All pieces used to meet the minimum must be submitted together and available for production at the same time.

Quantities from separate orders, future orders, customer sales, or multiple production runs cannot be combined to meet the 100-piece minimum or qualify for a higher production-pricing tier.

Submit 100 to 149 pieces together in one production run and the applicable Managed Store production pricing applies. Submit 150 or more pieces together at one time as a single production run and contract embroidery pricing automatically activates.

Production pricing is based only on the physical quantity submitted together for that run. Projected sales, monthly sales, annual sales, and cumulative store sales do not count toward the production quantity.

Produce Inventory First. Fulfill Orders as They Sell.

Once approved embroidered inventory is produced and available in your Managed Store account, you can continue selling through your existing ecommerce store while Inkdnylon processes individual customer orders from that finished inventory with no per-order fulfillment fee.

Packing materials are the brand owner's responsibility and may be supplied by the brand owner or purchased for the brand owner's account. Managed Store Production

All pieces must be submitted together at one time. Managed Store minimum is 100 pieces in one production run. Contract pricing automatically activates when 150 or more pieces are submitted together in that production run.

Managed Store Production Terms

Managed Store apparel assumes 100% of all risk associated with customization production. No returns, refunds, replacements, reimbursements, or chargebacks will be accepted for Managed Store apparel.

Estimates exclude tax and shipping.

Turnaround

Production turnaround is based on the quantity and production requirements of each submitted run.

Rush production, when available, is priced separately. Fulfillment begins after finished inventory is approved and available.

Billing

There is no Managed Store account fee and no per-order fulfillment fee.

Carrier shipping is billed through the brand owner's shipping account. Packing materials are the brand owner's responsibility and may be supplied by the brand owner or purchased for the brand owner's account. Production, decoration, product cost, setup, rush service, and other applicable charges are billed separately.

Return Policy

Decorated products are custom made to order. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless there is a verified production error caused by Inkdnylon.
