Pro Fulfillment is structured around actual production volume. The 300-piece minimum applies to each embroidery production submission, and pricing is based on the quantity submitted together for production rather than projected, monthly, annual, or cumulative store sales.
Submit 300 pieces together and receive the applicable 300-piece embroidery production price. Submit a larger quantity together and pricing is based on the actual quantity in that production run.
All pieces must be submitted together as one production run. Quantities from separate orders, future orders, or multiple production runs cannot be combined to meet the minimum or qualify for volume pricing.
This keeps embroidery pricing tied to the actual production run being produced. Pro Fulfillment begins at 300 pieces submitted together per qualifying production run.
Turn Finished Inventory Into Orders Without a Per-Order Fulfillment Fee
Once approved embroidered inventory is produced and available in your Pro Fulfillment account, your existing storefront can continue taking orders while Inkdnylon processes individual customer, department, program, or repeat orders from that finished inventory. The per-order fulfillment fee is $0.

Return Policy
Decorated products are custom made to order. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless there is a verified production error caused by Inkdnylon.

Orders and accounts are subject to the Inkdnylon cancellation policy.
