Customer Supplied (No Minimum)
These are items the customer already owns or purchased on their own before contacting Inkdnylon. Customer-supplied items are priced higher because the customer usually bought them at retail, and if an item is damaged during setup, testing, hooping, or decoration, Inkdnylon may have to refund or replace that item at retail cost. Replacement availability may also be harder because the exact size, color, style, or brand may no longer be available. These orders require approval before production and may require extra garments for testing and spoilage risk.

Inkdnylon Supplied Items are apparel and products sourced through Inkdnylon for custom embroidery, logo decoration, company apparel, uniforms, branded merchandise, and promotional products. Customers can access up to 30% off approved apparel and products, with wholesale brand access starting at 24 pieces. This is the best option for lower-priced products, approved brands, better decoration control, repeat ordering, and one managed system for sourcing, ordering, embroidery, decoration, and production.
Wholesale Contract (6-Piece Min)
These are wholesale goods shipped directly from SanMar, S&S Activewear, One Stop, Carolina Made, Scrub Authority, or another approved supplier to Inkdnylon for contract decoration and custom embroidery. This option is for businesses, distributors, decorators, organizations, or approved buyers that already have wholesale supplier access and want supplier-direct production through Inkdnylon.
