Order Rules

Standard garments: 1-piece minimum.

Premium brands: 6-piece minimum per style, color, and logo combination.

Premium brand examples: Nike, Patagonia, Carhartt, The North Face, TravisMathew, Peter Millar, Stanley/Stella, and similar premium brands.

Customer-Supplied Goods

Customer-owned garments and customer-supplied items are subject to a 30% surcharge to cover handling, setup, and spoilage risk.

Inkdnylon is not liable for spoilage, replacement costs, fabric defects, sizing issues, dye variation, manufacturer defects, or embroidery failure on customer-supplied garments.

Customer-supplied goods are decorated at the customer’s sole risk.

Important Details

Garments must be purchased through Inkdnylon or billed separately.

Unused embroidery credits do not roll over.

Unused monthly digitizing allowances do not roll over.

Completed digitized logos are stored in the customer’s approved logo library for future orders.

Plan covers standard embroidery production capacity and does not guarantee rush availability.

Approved logo placements include left chest, cap front, sleeve, tote bag, and similar standard embroidery locations.

Non-standard placements may require additional credits or separate quoting.
