Standard pricing applies at 14 or more business days. A 5–13 business day turnaround activates a 30% rush charge. A 3–4 business day turnaround activates a 50% rush charge. Name Tag or Initial Embroidery and Customer Supplied embroidery also qualify for same-day service at +100% and 1–2 business days at +75%. Saturdays, Sundays, and observed U.S. federal holidays do not count.

Emergency Rush Production (2–6 Hours): +$250 Available only for Customer Supplied Embroidery. Maximum 24 pieces. The $250 emergency fee is added in addition to the applicable same-day rush charge. Exact HEX/Pantone color matching is unavailable. Artwork revisions or digitizing may extend turnaround. Subject to production capacity and approval. After-hours pickup is available by appointment.
