We accept vector, raster, and stitch files including .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG, .PNG, .JPG, .DST, and .EMB formats.

If your file is blurry, pixelated, pulled from a screenshot, low resolution, or not production ready, your artwork may need cleanup before printing or embroidery can begin. Customers with bad artwork files can start with our Vector Conversion product page or our Digitizing product page to review pricing and place the correct artwork order.

Clean artwork helps us confirm sizing, colors, placement, and decoration method compatibility faster. Once your files are reviewed, our team will send a proof before production. If your file is already clean and usable, you can upload it here and move forward with your order.
