Customers must provide 4–7 extra garments, sign a customer-supplied item waiver, and understand that damaged customer-supplied items are not reimbursed or replaced. Embroidery rates are higher than apparel sourced through Inkdnylon. Customer-supplied items are not accepted for screen printing, DTF, DTG, vinyl, patches, rhinestones, spangles, or other decoration services.

The Inkdnylon Sourcing Program has a 24-piece minimum.

Yes. One-off orders and 1-5 item orders are available, but they require a $100 single-item / sample production fee. Small orders still require intake, file preparation, setup, calibration, testing, and cleanup.

The $100 fee is not the full order total. Item cost, decoration pricing, and any required artwork services are separate.

This fee is automatically removed at 6+ items. For the best value, ordering 6 or more pieces is recommended.
